Meanwhile, Femi, a churchgoer, must marry to fulfill his late father’s will and secure his position as CEO. The moment he meets Kemi, he proposes without hesitation.

While Kemi’s church warns against a rushed marriage, her mother—burdened by debt—urges her to accept for financial security. Kemi’s growing anxiety over her age only deepens the conflict.
