Kathryn E. Sears is a globally commissioned missionary, intercessor, and seasoned equipper of the Body of Christ. Born and raised in England, she encountered Jesus at 19 and soon after followed His call into ministry. After relocating to the U.S. in 1979, she poured herself into local ministry—leading women’s Bible studies, children’s clubs, nursing home outreaches, and serving ten years as president of a Women’s Aglow chapter.

That same fire expanded to the nations. Kathryn has completed over 35 international missions across Ukraine, Russia, Jamaica, Haiti, Ghana, Cuba (14+ trips), and eight years in Liberia. In recent years, she’s served as an itinerant teacher and healing minister in Nepal and India—partnering with YWAM Kathmandu and ministering across villages and cities with bold faith.

As Director of Word and Deed Ministries (est. 2005), she continues to carry the gospel to unreached regions. From preaching and teaching to showing the Jesus Film in remote villages, Kathryn has led thousands to Christ and witnessed countless healings and deliverances by the power of Jesus’ name.
