Giving should never be driven by fear, desperation, public pressure, embarrassment, or the suggestion that someone’s blessing is dependent upon how much money they place in an offering. God is not a slot machine, and the church should not become a place where vulnerable people are manipulated through promises of wealth and financial deliverance.
