Tiphani Montgomery Is The Meanest Prophet | Look At This

In this video, we’re talking about Tiphani Montgomery and a disturbing pattern that continues to show up in her ministry: harsh prophetic language, threats, curses, violent analogies, and the constant framing of critics as enemies of God.

This is one of the major reasons her ministry bothers me. It is not just because she is controversial. It is not just because people disagree with her. It is not even simply because she calls herself a prophet. The issue is the way she repeatedly uses spiritual authority to intimidate, rebuke, curse, and warn people in ways that sound nothing like the heart of a faithful shepherd.

At some point, Christians have to ask a serious question:

Is this prophetic boldness, or is this spiritual bullying?

Because biblical prophets were bold, but they were not careless. They confronted sin, but they did not use God’s name to settle personal scores. They warned people, but they did not constantly center themselves as the offended party. They called people to repentance, but they did not turn every critic into a target for spiritual threats.

When someone is always talking about curses, judgment, enemies, death, destruction, and what will happen to people who speak against them, that should concern us. When a preacher repeatedly uses violent analogies and aggressive language about people being killed, destroyed, or dealt with by God, that should make Christians pause.

The New Testament gives us a very different picture of Christian leadership.

Jesus said His people would be known by their love. Paul said the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome, but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, and correcting opponents with gentleness. Peter told elders not to domineer over those in their charge, but to be examples to the flock. James warned that the tongue can set a forest ablaze and that teachers will be judged with greater strictness.

So when a public prophet constantly sounds angry, threatening, and vindictive, we should not excuse it as “anointing.” We should test the fruit.

And that is what this video is about.

This is not about attacking Tiphani Montgomery personally. This is about examining the public teaching, the public tone, the public claims, and the public fruit. If someone claims to speak for God, then Christians have every right — and every responsibility — to test what is being said.

Because a true prophet does not need to curse everyone who disagrees with them.

A true teacher does not need to intimidate people into silence.
