After the reaction to my video on the 5 Worst Catholic Hymns, one request kept appearing again and again in the comments:
“Now do the greatest Protestant hymns.”

So today, we’re doing exactly that.
The Protestant hymn tradition has given the Christian world some of the strongest congregational music ever written — hymns with deep theology, unforgettable melodies, and a power that has carried across denominations for generations.

In this video, we look at five of the greatest Protestant hymns of all time:
