The Holy Rosary: Glorious Mysteries – Sunday, May 3, 2026 | Fifth Sunday of Easter

Today we pray the Holy Rosary with the Glorious Mysteries on the Fifth Sunday of Easter. In the liturgy, the early Church appoints deacons so the apostles may remain devoted to prayer and the ministry of the word, and the community grows as believers are built up together as living stones into a spiritual house for God. In the Gospel, Jesus speaks words of extraordinary comfort to His troubled disciples: He tells them not to let their hearts be troubled, promises them a place in the Father's house, and reveals the mystery at the heart of all Christian hope — "I am the way and the truth and the life." These readings reveal a Risen Lord who prepares a place for each of us, builds His Church as a living dwelling for God, and calls every troubled heart to trust in Him as the only way home.

As we contemplate the Glorious Mysteries, we bring our fears about the future, our grief, and our uncertainty into the Heart of Jesus through Mary. We ask for the grace to hear and live His word: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You have faith in God; have faith also in me," and to walk forward in resurrection peace, deeper trust, and confident hope in eternal life. May this rosary help you find the way through Jesus, rest in the truth of His promises, and live in the fullness of the life He has prepared for you.
