This video was originally created to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of my parents, Bill and Scotia Buckhoff, who were married from September 6, 1958 to September 6, 2018. At the time of this anniversary celebration, none of us knew how precious this footage would eventually become.

On September 6, 2025, exactly 67 years after their wedding day, my mother, Scotia Dorothy Adan Buckhoff, passed away. With her recent passing, I wanted to share this video publicly as a tribute to the extraordinary love, loyalty, and faith that defined my parents' marriage.

Their story is not simply a marriage—it is a legacy of devotion, sacrifice, compassion, and Christ-centered commitment. For six decades, they built a life anchored in family and service. They raised four sons, welcomed grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and created a home where faith was lived, love was shown, and every person who walked through the door felt included.

This anniversary celebration captures the sweetness and quiet power of their relationship—the looks they shared, the laughter, the memories, and the gratitude they expressed for a lifetime spent side by side. It reminds us that real love is not found in grand gestures, but in thousands of small acts of kindness over many years.
