What Heaven Says About America might surprise you

Life is short. James 4:14 calls it a mist. Almost 5,000 buried here are unknown to us. Not one of them is unknown to God. A Supreme Court justice and a private share the same size stone. A wall can hold a name. It cannot hold a man. Only the Lamb’s Book of Life can.

Sacrifice offered to a country ends when the country ends. Sacrifice offered to God does not. Every nation before this one has ended. We live as if we are the exception.

Is America still a Christian nation? More Christians live here than in any other country. No nation has sent more missionaries or funded more Bible translation. Yet we are divided now not over policy, but over whether God has said anything at all. A nation can survive an argument about taxes. It cannot survive an argument about whether truth exists.

Christianity formed this nation, and Christ is what righted it every time it went off the road. Return to the foundation. He knows your name. He knows the number of your days, and He sent His Son so that the end of them would not be the end of you.
